Dream · Build · Inspire

Secure an address, not an ad.

Businesses don't buy banners here — they lease a storefront on the square, a real address that links straight to their own shop. Open to any business; every lease helps fund a storefront we donate to a young entrepreneur. We're the landlord, never the cashier.

One square, many addresses

The districts

Each district maps to how an industry already thinks about space. The model is the same. Only the address changes.

District 01

Broadway

Billboards and storefronts for any business. Each spot links out to its real shop. The face of the square.

District 02

Motor Row

Dealerships lease a lit lot and park their inventory under the lights. Pure advertising — no cars change hands here.

III
District 03

Leased & Cornerstone storefronts

Open to any business — and the leases fund the Cornerstone storefronts we donate to young entrepreneurs. That's the pitch a sponsor can say yes to.

✦ Leased · Open to all

Any business that wants the address

A brand of any size leases a storefront for the visibility and the status of the location — and links it straight to its own Shopify, site, or booking page. No age limit, no gatekeeping.

  • Who it's for: any business with a shop to point to.
  • What they get: a recognized address on the strip.
  • Where it links: out to their real shop — we never hold the sale.
★ Cornerstone · The mission

Given to a young entrepreneur

Part of every district is set aside and donated to young founders in the Youngpreneur program — funded by the leases and by sponsors. A Spotlight winner gets a real address, not just a certificate.

  • Who it's for: youth founders earning their first stage.
  • How it's funded: paid leases, sponsors, and mission dollars.
  • Why it matters: the give-back is the heart of the square.

Why anyone shows up

Something is always lit

People come for the spectacle and the brands, not a sales pitch — from big names on The Marquee to the donated storefronts of young founders just getting started. That's what solves the cold-start problem an empty ad district usually has.

The best addresses go first.

The Founding Block gets in first at an introductory rate — and the best addresses only get more valuable as the square fills. Cornerstone storefronts sit beside them.
